Sheila has been with the firm since 2008 and serves as our Director of Operations and Probate Administration Facilitator. A graduate of Colorado Mountain College, she has a paralegal certificate from Boston University and also has prior experience in the banking and non-profit industries.

Kim is our senior paralegal working with our estate administration, guardianship/conservatorship and adoption clients. Kim has a degree in Liberal Arts/Social Science from UMASS Lowell with a concentration in Litigation and Legal research. Kim has been a paralegal since 2011 with specific experience in estate and trust administration since 2015.

Jameson provides legal support to our estate planning, estate administration, probate, and litigation clients. Jameson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. in Legal Studies. He continues to tirelessly support us while he attends Suffolk Law School.

Amanda coordinates our team approach to estate planning, administration, and litigation, working closely with our clients, paralegals, and attorneys. Amanda is the first voice you’ll hear and the first face you’ll see when contacting our office. She holds an associates degree in Fashion Merchandising and a bachelors degree in Retail Marketing & Management both from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.

Michael Pidacks is our paralegal for estate administrations (MA & NH), and our primary support for our litigation team. Michael obtained an associate’s degree from Middlesex Community College, a B.A. in History from UMASS Lowell, as well as a paralegal certificate from Middlesex Community College. Michael has a strong technical background and loves to play Dungeons and Dragons in his spare time.

Jo is our paralegal for funding, probate and litigation, with analytical expertise in the legal and quality assurance fields. Jo is a graduate of Suffolk University with a B.A. in Political Science, and has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Johnson & Wales. Jo is fluent in Spanish and experienced in translating documents.

Evelyn is a seasoned professional who functions as our funding and accounting coordinator. She interfaces with our clients, financial advisors, and a wide variety of financial institutions and various Registries of Deeds. She has a paralegal degree from Aquinas College.

Heatha is our paralegal for estate planning and document management. She collaborates with our attorneys to provide fast turnaround and comprehensive service. Heatha received her Paralegal Degree from North Shore Community College and has over 23 years’ experience in real estate and estate planning law.

Claudia is our Senior Legal Assistant focusing on case management by helping in all areas of the practice as needed to ensure smooth case progression. Claudia is a Wakefield native and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in business administration from UMass Lowell.
